Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can make sure it gets to the right place.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
The free Discovery Session has no cost and no cancellation policy. For paid coaching packages and single sessions, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
